Overview
Ringtone Maker is a fully offline Android application. It does not connect to the internet, does not collect any personal data, and does not transmit any information to external servers — ever.

Information We Collect
None. Offline only
Ringtone Maker does not collect, store, share, or transmit any personal information. All data (saved ringtones and app preferences) is stored exclusively on your device using Android's local storage APIs.
Permissions
The app requests the following Android permissions and uses them solely for local, on-device functionality:
- READ_MEDIA_AUDIO (Android 13+) — Read audio files from your device storage so you can select them for ringtone creation.
- READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 12 and below) — Same as above for older Android versions.
- WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 9 and below) — Save trimmed audio files to your device.
- WRITE_SETTINGS — Set the trimmed audio as your device ringtone through Android's system API.
No permission data is shared with any third party.
Third-Party Services
Ringtone Maker does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics libraries, advertising networks, or crash-reporting services. There are no trackers of any kind.
Data Storage
Any data saved by the app (ringtone metadata, user preferences) is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app removes all associated data. We have no access to this data at any time.
Children's Privacy
Ringtone Maker does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Because no data is collected at all, the app is safe to use regardless of age.
Changes to This Policy
If this privacy policy is ever updated, the new version will be posted at the same URL with a revised effective date. Significant changes will be noted in the app's Play Store release notes.
