1. Overview

PocketMind ("the App") is designed with privacy as a core principle. All your data stays on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to external servers.

2. Data Storage

All notes, voice recordings, reminders, and app settings are stored exclusively on your device using AES-256 encrypted local storage. No data is ever sent to any server or third party.

3. Voice Notes

Voice recordings are stored locally on your device only. Auto-transcription is performed on-device using your device's built-in speech recognition. No audio data is transmitted to external servers.

4. AI Suggestions

AI-powered suggestions and summaries are processed on-device where possible. No note content is sent to external AI services. All processing happens locally to protect your privacy.

5. Permissions Used

• RECORD_AUDIO: Required for voice note recording. Audio is stored locally only.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Required to deliver reminder notifications you set up. No notification content is sent externally.
• READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE: Required to save and access note files and attachments on your device.

6. No Account Required

PocketMind does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information. The app functions fully without any login or registration.

7. No Third-Party Analytics

We do not integrate any analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or tracking SDKs. Your usage of the app is completely private.

8. Data Security

Your notes are encrypted using AES-256 encryption. Encryption keys are stored in your device's secure keychain. Backups created by the app are also encrypted.

9. Children's Privacy

PocketMind does not collect any personal information from any users, including children under 13. The app is safe for all ages.

10. Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, the new version will be posted in the app and on the Play Store listing.
