Geo Photo App ("the App") is a photography app developed by Atul Kumar that captures photos tagged with your GPS location. Your privacy is important. This policy explains what data the App uses and how it is handled — the short answer is: everything stays on your device.
The App uses your device camera to let you capture photos. This is a core feature of the App. Photos you capture are saved locally on your device only. They are never uploaded to any server or shared with any third party by the App.
The App accesses your device location (GPS) solely to tag each photo you capture with the coordinates and nearby address of where it was taken. This geo-tagging happens on your device. Your location is stored locally alongside your photos and is never transmitted to us or any third party.
All photos, location tags, and app settings are stored exclusively on your device using local storage. No personal data is transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party.
The App may use the internet only to look up a human-readable address for a captured location and to display map tiles. It does not upload your photos or your location history anywhere. The App is designed to work offline, with address results cached locally.
The App does not sell, share, or transmit your photos or location data to any third party. If you choose to share a photo using the share feature, that action is initiated by you through your device's own sharing options.
The App is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
