Life Backup ("the App") is an offline personal reflection journal developed by Atul Kumar. Your privacy is important. This policy explains what data we collect — and the short answer is: none.
We do not collect any personal data, usage data, analytics, crash reports, or any other information from users.
All the content you create — including your journal entries, reflection prompt answers, insights, favorites, and app settings — is stored exclusively on your device using local storage. No data is transmitted to any server, cloud service, or third party.
The App allows you to export your journal entries. Any export is initiated by you and goes only to the destination you choose. The App never exports or transmits your data automatically, and nothing is ever sent to us or to any server.
The App does not require or use internet access. No network requests are made.
The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data services.
The App does not collect data from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
