Elder Care Senior is a 100% offline app. All data you enter — medications, health records, emergency contacts, and activities — is stored only on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or share any personal information with any server or third party.
This Privacy Policy explains how isoftx ("we", "us", "our") handles information in the Elder Care Senior mobile application ("App"). We are committed to protecting the privacy of seniors, caregivers, and families who use this App.

| RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED | Reschedule medication and appointment reminders after your device restarts, so you never miss a reminder. |
| USE_EXACT_ALARM Android 12+ | Deliver medication reminders at the precise time you schedule, rather than an approximate window. |
You may revoke any permission at any time through your device's Settings app. Revoking a permission will disable the corresponding feature but will not affect stored data.
Elder Care Senior does not use any third-party analytics services, advertising networks, social media SDKs, or cloud services. There are no trackers, no ads, and no external SDKs that access your data.
The following system actions open your device's built-in apps — we have no access to or control over those apps:
Each of those apps has its own privacy policy governed by your device manufacturer or the app developer, not by us.
The App is designed for use by senior citizens and their caregivers. It is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since the App collects no data at all, there is no risk of inadvertent collection of children's data.
Your data is stored using Android's secure local storage mechanisms. Because the App is fully offline and has no network capability, your data cannot be intercepted in transit — it never travels over any network.
We recommend you protect your device with a PIN, password, fingerprint, or face lock to prevent unauthorized physical access to the App and its data.
All data is retained on your device for as long as you use the App. You can delete any individual record (medication, health reading, contact, activity) from within the App at any time.
